 TIXGEL MP100 is a high organic bentonite, is self-activated, easily dispersed thixotropic thickener and anti-settling agent, applicable to low-polarity solvent system.

 Applications 
 MP100 is a high organic bentonite, has excellent thixotropic performance, short time up to 10 micron fineness. The MP100 can provide a high low shear viscosity, it is very suitable for anti-settling and sag resistance. And other similar self-activation is more efficient compared to MP100, so with less feeding amount can be achieved by anti-Shen requirements. 
 Suitable for solvent: toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol, methyl ethyl ketone, RULE66 solvent oil, VM & P naphtha, high flash point naphtha, 200 # solvent gasoline, and mixed aliphatic and aromatic solvents. 
 Suitable resin systems: alkyd resin, refined oil, epoxy resin, oil modified polyurethane and so on. Please do not apply to MP-100, Department of oxygenated solvents, 100% pure oil system of the early products. 
 Typically, the dispersion of the organic bentonite need high shear, MP100 is no exception, but there is a better dispersion performance, do not need additional active agent can be added in the grinding machine, or after grinding to adjust the viscosity by adding . However, before joining as well. MP100 join the system when the temperature is not too high, no higher than 50 ℃, in order to avoid condensation, agglomeration. Wetting agent must be added after the activation of bentonite. 
 TIXOGEL 100 joined in the grinding stage, it can be directly added to adjust the viscosity of paint products. MP100 best grinding pigments are added, as in the grinding process by adding after paragraph (such as paint tank) shear force due to insufficient and scattered evenly. 
 Recommended dosage: 2 to the general amount of 8kg / m, obtained according to the required results, such as anti-hung Shen, anti-settlement and thixotropic properties to adjust the dosage. The total amount of 0.2-0.8% according to formula 
 Storage: Unopened original packaging in dry conditions, in the range 0 ℃ -30 ℃ stored for 12 months.
