 Applications 
 T-12 in the polyurethane coating used as a catalyst to accelerate hydroxy acid component and the isocyanate cross-linking reaction, significantly improved performance of paint drying, while the catalyst T-12 significantly reduced the use of polyurethane coating time (activation period) . 
 Usage: T-12 added to the hydroxyl group were recommended, the recommended addition level of 0.005% of total prescription -0.5%. Use of different performance may lead to completely different, the specific amount received according to the actual test. Special Note, T-12 catalyst added directly to isocyanate components can obviously lead acid storage isocyanate is unstable or unavailable. Suggested xylene or butyl acetate solvent T-12 was diluted to 10% or 1% concentration and then, the system can accurately control the use, while preventing the feeding performance deviation due to instability. A catalyst for long-term storage of T-12 in dilute solution, stir before using. Actual use and production, T-12 can be dispersed in the process of adding high-speed, rear section can also be added in the recipe.

 T-12 completely insoluble in water, can dissolve in benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, acetone and other organic solvents, under different conditions, tests need to be dissolved.
