 IRGAFOS 168 


 Is a basic characteristic IRGAFOS 168 phosphite processing stabilizers, as a colorless pollution, no discoloration of the complex-type stabilizer and antioxidant which can be widely applied. As a secondary antioxidant, and phenolic antioxidants often used in combination and a synergistic effect. In the plastic processing, IRGAFOS 168 can be generated by auto-oxidation of polymer peroxide reaction, in order to prevent polymer degradation resulting from processing and extending the main antioxidant antioxidant properties. IRGAFOS 168 is characterized with many compatible polymer or matrix is strong, therefore applications are very broad.

 Performance advantages IRGAFOS 168 to protect those exposed to the oxidizing environment of the polymer, to prevent its processing (mixing, granulation, molding, recycling applications) and molecular weight changes (such as: strand breaks and cross-linked) and the color matrix change. IRGAFOS 168 and the phenolic antioxidant compound used was the best. These complex materials can and other composite stabilizer (such as: CL), and light stabilizers (UV absorbers, hindered ammonia) together. 





 Applications IRGAFOS 168 can be used in polyolefins, styrene monomer and copolymers, elastomers, adhesives, engineering plastics (such as: polyester, polyurethane, PVC) and plasticizers, industrial fats, mineral oil, other organic substrates.
