Light Stabilizer Tinuvin P 


 Tinuvin P is a substance used in plastics and other organic light stabilizer, it can protect from the UV-induced degradation, and thus slow down the degree of yellowing plastic and mechanical properties of the decline. The mechanism of its operation is selectively absorbed sunlight and artificial light in the UV (the main reason leading to the degradation of plastic), put it turned into harmless heat. Recommended for PVC, polystyrene, polyester and acrylic resins, vinyl and vinyl / acrylic polymers, polyurethane, polycarbonate and fiber esters. Tinuvin P with antioxidants and other light stabilizer used together, adding Tinuvin P of the plastic light and heat stability. 

 Tinuvin P with iron or cobalt ions form a highly colored complex. In this case, we recommend Tinuvin 320 or Tinuvin 327. In the polymerization and curing process of oxidizing and reducing agents will not affect the stability of Tinuvin P. Tinuvin P has good thermal stability and can be used in normal processing conditions such as high-temperature processing of plastics such as polycarbonate.
